In response to Paula's request(3:54 of the video), my wife has made the David Archuleta Rear-View Mirror Hanger. Just print, cut out, punch a hole in the top, glue or tape the sides together into a cube and hang from your rear-view mirror.

Hang David Archuleta from your rear-view mirror
