I found these symbols on a tombstone in the cemetery. What really caught my attention was the date 1514 AD. Then I noticed the name was pretty strange "FRAN SWAT MORTEM", which was clearly an anagram. Finally, I noticed the 4 x 4 grid of symbols which I wrote down on a scrap of paper.It took a lot of research before I finally found the meaning behind it all. This code contains the key of what you need to do to master farm town and do well in life.
