My new Inheritance

I just got this exciting email from the adopted daughter of my old Nigerian friend. While I am saddened by his passing I could really use the money.

My name is
adopted daughter
of Late Mr. Tilaye Adibery of Ethiopia .
Please I need your assistance to secure the sum of $
6,300,000.00 (Six Million, Three Hundred Thousand United States

Dollars) which he willed to me before his death as his adopted

What I need from you is to provide account where to transfer
this fund and to invest it for me in your country while I further
my education because the wife of Late Mr. Tilaye Adibery is not

happy about the money I inherited from the family due to religion
differences, therefore I need to transfer it out of here as fast as

I will offer you 20% of the total money for providing account and

assistance and 40% of any profit made out of the money when
invested in your country.
We will discuss more when I hear from you. Regards
I Will Send You My Pic When I Hear From You

I replied with the following.

Dearest Evlyn,

I am greatly saddened by the passing of your father. I have not heard from him for years. He was truly a great person. I would not have been able to buy my trailer without his generous gift. I guess his name is spelt differently in Nigerian.

As sad as his passing is, your news could not have come at a better time for me financially. I have been unemployed for the past 3 years and I only have 10,921 dollars in the bank.

Unfortunately, I'm afraid of getting scammed. How do I know that you are really the adopted daughter of my old friend Tilaye?

Please send me your photo and tell me how many fingers your father Tilaye has on his left hand.

Your friend in America,

Bob Owlhat

I will keep you posted if I get a reply. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
