I found these symbols on a tombstone in the cemetery. What really caught my attention was the date 1514 AD. Then I noticed the name was pretty strange "FRAN SWAT MORTEM", which was clearly an anagram. Finally, I noticed the 4 x 4 grid of symbols which I wrote down on a scrap of paper.

It took a lot of research before I finally found the meaning behind it all. This code contains the key of what you need to do to master farm town and do well in life.

Farm town now has flowers. I am so going to level up Hyacinth. Then I will make awesome flower designs. There is also some cool extra stuff for the farm.

The flower just give you 2 pt xp for planting.

Baby Puffs

My little girl has just started eating Baby Puffs. She loves them. Unfortunately so does her older brother and daddy. We actually end up eating 90% of them. At least they don't make us sick like the cheetos sometimes do. My son and I can easily polish off a full bag of cheetos in one sitting!

Baby girl is screaming for some more.

Could not go a year

Well I tried really hard but I could not go a full year without posting. I'll have try again some time. It think that I lost some of my old files on 4 shared.

I am currently doing a lot on my virtual farm on Farm Town. I just learned how to double plant my crops.

Brooke White totally rocked. A funny thing about that song is that I used to think that it was literally about me. OK a lot of it didn't seem to make sense or directly apply to me but she keeps referring to me in the first person. I think that I truly am vain. Suffice it to say I no longer where that apricot scarf in public.

Ramiele overwhelmed me that awesome voice. Those judges didn't know what they were talking about.

P.S. I believe that everyone did a good job and that all but Amanda Overmyer and Alexandrea Lushington will be going on to next week.

New years resolutions

Resolution 1: Run, Run, Run.

I have ran 28.4 miles so far this year and I would like to make 625 miles. I tried to get to 625 last year but only made it to 301.9. I just got a jogging stroller to carry my little Owlet - which should help.

Resolution 2: Loose some more weight.

I got up to 220 lbs last year. I am currently at 205 an hope to get down to 190 or 180 and maintain. 180 is my gold standard and 190 my silver.

Resolution 3: Put more and better word art out there.

I hope to get more word art out there that represents things that I like and think are interesting

Resolution 4: Improve my morphing skills

I want to make better morphs of politicians. If Obama or Clinton gets elected president, I will definitely have more of a challenge making good morphs. Here's hoping a boring white male gets elected instead to keep things easy*.

* seriously, don't base your vote upon people who are easily morphed into other people - I was just kidding **.

** I don't think you are an idiot*** who thought that I was being serious, its just that some people have a different sense of humor, and get really offended, and could leave a comment that would hurt my feelings.

Advent Calendar

I am struck by the profound symbolism in ordinary things.

I purchased my first advent calendar this year. I was not concerned with forgetting Christmas but instead I was drawn by the novelty.

The calendar consisted of 24 windows, each concealing a piece of chocolate with a symbol imprinted on it. I soon discovered that each symbol had a profound meaning which intertwined with the events of the day.

On day 14 I received a bell shaped chocolate. Later that day I was compelled to honk at some one who cut me off. I also heard a new song on the radio.

Today, I was to receive a wreath on on chocolate - but the chocolate was missing. I do not know what this means.
